Tanner DURANGO SENIOR

Tanner was an absolute privilege to get to photograph! He is originally from Durango, but his family moved all the way to Texas this year. However, the distance didn’t stop them, and they knew they had to return to Colorado for Tanner’s senior photos to be taken here in Durango by Cardwell Aukerman Photography! Because, in Tanner’s own words, “She takes awesome photos” lol! Thank you, Tanner, we appreciate the compliment and your faith in us!

Tanner is a multi-layered and compassionate teen and we worked hard with him to capture every facet of his unique personality. For this destination senior session, we shot down by the river, on the tracks of the Durango, Narrow Guage Silverton Railroad, along the riverbanks, and downtown too! From buttoned up to casual, skateboard in hand and sunglasses on, smiles all around, or serious stance, Tanner pulled off every look with ease and confidence. He was such a pleasure to photograph and he made the whole process feel effortless. We wish every teen we worked with was as confident in front of the camera as Tanner was! 

A Divine Future

Tanner is a gifted homeschooled student who will have the distinct honor of graduating early this year at only sixteen! This compassionate teen’s plans for the future include becoming a youth pastor after attending the Honor Academy. 

Tanner is a daring young man who is adventurous and passionate about pursuing a faith-based future, that is filled with the love of God! Thanks for such an awesome Senior Photo Session Tanner knowing how you have touched our lives in the brief time we spent with you, we can’t wait to hear about all the lives you touch by becoming a youth pastor!
