I know that you have a million things on your to-do list, and one of them is probably getting family portraits taken. One of the best times to do this is when everyone is all together and happy. Vacations are the perfect time! I love helping families create images to document their connection to each other, and I want to make sure the process is simple and easy.

Signature Mountain Session
Session Fee $295
(600 minimum print/digital order)
It's what we're famous for!
Your Signature Mountain Session features a custom-styled shoot in the beautiful Colorado Mountains. We will travel anywhere within 30 miles of zip code 81301 (or further with a modest travel fee.) Your session includes a 30-minute pre-session consultation. Our Signature Mountain Sessions typically last one to two hours, but we schedule flexibility in our books to take all the time we need to create something amazing for you! Break down into smaller groups at no extra charge.
Your session includes viewing your images at a premier ordering session either at your home, at our downtown location, or via Zoom. A custom online ordering gallery is also available upon request with a $600 deposit, credited towards your order.
Clients hold their session date with a deposit of $295 for their Signature Mountain Session. Session pricing does not include digital files, prints or Colorado sales tax. Cardwell Aukerman Photography accepts all major credit cards, Venmo, checks and cash payments.
Signature Town Session
Session Fee $200
(no minimum)
Your Signature Town Session features a custom-styled shoot at any Durango location or within 10 miles of the city limits. I designed this session for an individual family unit, up to 7 people. Multi-family and family reunion requests will want to explore our Signature Mountain Session. Your Signature Town session includes a 30-minute pre-session consultation. Our sessions typically last an hour to an hour and a half. We will capture any requests in the allotted time, breaking down into smaller groups at no extra charge.
Your session includes viewing your images at a premier ordering session either at your home, at our downtown location, or via Zoom. A custom online ordering gallery is also available upon request with a $600 deposit, credited towards your order.

Simplicity Town Session
Session Fee $150
(no minimum)
Your Simplicity Town Session features a photographic shoot at your choice location in Durango or Bayfield city limits. Sessions last up to 45 minutes and include artistic processing of each image. Your portraits are presented at a private showing, or with a deposit in a private online shopping cart.
Simplicity Sessions are suitable for small families with one to three children. Those desiring newborn large or multi-family reunion sessions will want to explore our Signature Custom Session options. While our Simplicity Sessions cannot compare to the completely custom experience of a full session, they are the perfect choice for many situations.
All clients hold their session date with a deposit of $150 for their session. Session pricing does not include digital files, prints or Colorado Sales tax. Cardwell Aukerman Photography accepts all major credit cards, Venmo, checks and cash payments.
